 I love Taylor Lautner.

Taylor Who? He played the role of Jacob Black in the movie rendition of Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight saga. I suggest coming out of your shell if you have no idea who is. Although, here are some things I got around the net when I did some “stalking” on Taylor Lautner.

First, he was born on the 11th of February 1992. My initial reaction when I found out about his birthday was: “WHUUUUUUT??? He’s that young? I’m crushing on a baby?! Hoooly crap!” No joke. I seriously flipped out. Nevertheless, he’s just too cute. Surely, I’m allowed to crush on an artist? :p

Going back… Taylor Lautner, apparently, studied martial arts when he was just six years old. He even won 3 gold medals when he represented the USA in the World Karate Association. There, he emerged Junior World Forms and Weapons champion. Whoopee!

Aside from martial arts, he also loved acting. His parents would let him audition for certain roles. They traveled from Michigan to California so that young Taylor Lautner could pursue auditions. Eventually, the family decided to move to Los Angeles. That way, the young actor in the making could audition full time. 

Auditions paid off and Taylor Lautner got roles in  My Wife and Kids, The Bernie Mac Show, and Summerland. He also got to be Sharkboy in The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl.

 Admittedly, I haven’t watched those films. It was only in the Twilight Saga when I first heard of Taylor Lautner. I didn’t even like him in the first movie. Why? That is because of the long hair Jacob Black was sporting. It looked dirty. Yes, I like my guys neat-looking.

Anyway, the second book in the Twilight series, New Moon, came. And he was all clean-shaven. Long hair chopped to show off his face. And my, oh my! Isn’t he such a cutie patootie! (At least I think it was in the second movie when Jacob Black started looking a bit more presentable.)

See! Isn’t he a handsome beauty? Seriously, you could hear the girls and some of the guys (you know what I mean) suck in their breaths when short-haired Jacob Black/Taylor Lautner made his presence felt. :p

Now, Taylor Lautner has a new movie (outside of the Twilight saga). Actually, this movie, titled Abduction, revolves around his character. Yey!

I’m not going to give a summary of what the trailer’s about. I’m going to let you see it for yourselves.
