Saizen Opens Newest Branch in Robinson’s Place Manila

A few days ago, I got an email inviting me to the opening of Saizen’s 7th branch. Incidentally, the invitation mentioned a Saizen Bloggers’ Tour to coincide with the opening of the new branch in Robinson’s Place. However, I’ll talk about the Bloggers’ Tour in a separate post.

The new Saizen branch still carries Daiso products. It still sells everything at P85. Now the only different thing is that they have a new store concept. At first I thought I wasn’t going to be able to make it. Luckily, my schedule freed up and I got to attend the store opening.

On my way to Robinson’s Place, I was supposed to ask what made Saizen veer away from their usual store concept. However, Ms. Josette already answered my unspoken question. She mentioned that the concept of the Robinson’s Place Manila branch is fashioned from the other stores as they are seen in Japan.

The 7th Saizen branch opened on 30 September 2011. For those not in the know, Saizen is the authorized retailer of Daiso Sangyo, Inc. The store features several products–all at the very affordable price of P85. Don’t let the low price deceive you. There are lots of great products in here! I know this because Saizen is my go to place when I’m on the hunt for good finds. Some products you can expect from Saizen include: school and office supplies, kitchen utensils/tools, snacks and drinks, home decors, and cosmetics.

Daiso has over 3,000 stores all over the world. Saizen has eight stores in the Philippines.

Saizen Robinson's Place was packed with lots of goodies and customers. Not bad for a first day! Btw, you see the girl with the pink bag? She's Bel, author behind beautyandbudget.blogspot.com. She looks like a doll and she's really nice,too!
