Synopsis says that you’ll get motivated to think happy thoughts.  Apparently, readers will also be motivated to lead a healthy and stress-free life through relaxation, proper diet, and enough exercise. I suggest grabbing a copy of this, especially if you’re feeling under the weather. Wouldn’t hurt getting some advice from a book, right? :p
